This policy explains how MarineWave handles payments, cancellations, and refunds for digital audio products and production services.
For downloadable products such as AI BGM packs, digital sound effects, and other audio files, refunds for simple change-of-mind requests may be restricted after delivery or download instructions have been sent.
Before delivery instructions are sent, refunds may be granted after review in cases such as duplicate charges, payment errors, or inability to provide the product.
For digital products purchased on the site, MarineWave is the seller and payment recipient, and MarineWave handles refund intake and processing.
For custom services such as BGM production, sound design, voice recording, or audio cleanup, cancellation is generally possible before work begins. After work has started, the refundable amount may vary depending on the progress already made.
Once final deliverables have been provided, change-of-mind refunds may be restricted, although issues caused by clear defects or non-delivery can be resolved through separate review.
Voice casting and recording services are provided directly by MarineWave rather than through a person-to-person marketplace, so payment, refund handling, scheduling, and delivery responsibility remain with MarineWave.

The timing of the actual refund on your card or payment method may vary depending on the payment provider.
For digital audio products currently purchasable directly on the site, delivery guidance or access will normally be completed within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom services follow project-specific schedules, which are explained during the inquiry or quoting stage before purchase.
