Terms of Service

MarineWave provides digital BGM, sound effects, voice recording, AI voice and audio-related services, as well as related consultation and support functions.

Detailed delivery scope, turnaround, and license terms for each service are governed by the relevant product page or separate written agreement.

For voice casting and recording services, MarineWave is the contracting party, payment recipient, and delivery manager. The site is not operated as an open marketplace connecting individual sellers and buyers.

Customers must provide accurate names, email addresses, contact information, and project details. Problems caused by false information remain the customer’s responsibility.

Payment completion does not always mean instant delivery; review and delivery follow the fulfillment period shown on the relevant service page.

When a voice service is ordered, the customer contracts with MarineWave, and MarineWave may separately coordinate with partner voice artists or outside production staff to fulfill the service.

Digital audio products and deliverables may only be used within the license scope separately disclosed for the relevant product or service.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, removal of attribution, or secondary commercial sale beyond the permitted scope is prohibited.

Cancellation and refund handling follows the refund policy page, and standards may differ depending on whether the item is digital content or a custom production service.
